Store Collection

You may choose to collect your order from our Richmond-based store within 7 days of placing your order. Please choose 'Store Collection' at checkout. Please allow 1-2 days from placing your order before collecting. 

We hope that you are delighted with your order but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us.

You have 28 days to return any item for a full refund, provided it is in original, unused, saleable condition and repacked in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item.
