Returning an Item

• You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.

• The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Return Your Item

1. Package the item securely to ensure it is protected during transit.

2. Send your return to:

3. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Unsellable Returns

• If an item is returned to us damaged, used, or in a condition that renders it unsellable, we reserve the right to: 

o Decline the refund entirely if the item’s condition is beyond repair or resale.

o Deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect the loss in value, based on the severity of the damage.

We advise customers to package items securely and return them in a manner that ensures their condition is preserved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or not as described:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

• We will provide instructions for returning the item, and in such cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Processing Your Refund

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days and issued to your original payment method.

• If the item is deemed unsellable, we will contact you to discuss the refund adjustment or the potential rejection of the return.

Exclusions

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

• Personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items.

• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
